Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange the shucked oysters on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a shallow baking dish

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant

Pour in the dry white wine and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the alcohol to cook off.

Stir in the chopped parsley and season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.
