Spaghetti Pie

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.

Mix cooked spaghetti with Parmesan cheese and beaten eggs.

Press the spaghetti mixture into a greased pie dish to form a crust.

In a skillet, cook the onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and garlic until softened. Add ground beef or sausage and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in spaghetti sauce and season with salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings you like.

Pour the meat sauce over the spaghetti crust. Top with cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
