Lasagna Roll-Ups

Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside

In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined

Lay out the cooked lasagna noodles on a flat surface. Spread a generous spoonful of the cheese mixture evenly over each noodle

Carefully roll up each noodle, starting from one end to the other

Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

Once all roll-ups are in the dish, spoon the remaining marinara sauce over the top

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly
