Colombian chicken drumsticks

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat

Add the chicken drumsticks and cook until they are golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Cook until they are softened, about 3-4 minutes

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Stir in the chopped tomatoes, ground cumin, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes

Return the chicken drumsticks to the skillet, nestling them into the vegetable mixture

Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and vegetables. Bring the mixture to a simmer
